Canada:

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday via Canada post.

For deliveries in BC, please allow 3-7 business days. For deliveries in all other provinces please allow 7-10  business days. 

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

USA:

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday via Canada post.

For deliveries the US, please allow 7-10 business days. 

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

International:

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday via Canada post.

For international deliveries, please allow 14 business days. 

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Cancellations 

There is a 12 hour window to cancel your order after it has been placed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Once you receive your items, you can return them for a refund.

 

Items are eligible to be returned for:

 Refunds if:

  • The return is sent back within 14 days of receiving your parcel.Our policy lasts 14 days since the day of shipment. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • The item was purchased at full price.

  • We require proof of purchase 

  • Refunds (if applicable) - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@littleritualsboutique.com.

 Store Credit if:

  • The return is sent back within 30 days of receiving your parcel.

  • The item was purchased at a full price or discounted price.

 Returns will not be accepted if:

  • It has been over 30 days since receiving your parcel.

  • Items are not returned in their original condition or without tags attached.

  • Items appear to have been worn or marked while trying on or no longer have a tag.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We are based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
